Outdoor Advertising
In this Brief we discuss advertising and the way to interpret advertising, in the media world. Advertising can be seen as a science as it takes a lot of experience and research to get the successful approach. You have to have a hock when it comes to advertising. Advertising is seen everywhere to promote a company’s service or product, it is essential that the right message is portrayed through research (who, why, how, when) and through a professional attitude (better, different, more creative). In Project 9 we will be focusing on outdoor arena. To elaborate more on outdoor arena for a clear understanding you use state of the art digital large format printing, cutting and varnishing and laminating equipment to produce a quality outdoor media. We will be developing three different brands in the three different brand categories. The output requirement we will be producing our own brief as we are the client and the designer, a campaign message (that will be proved through a working process), we will be using an existing brand, developing the products elements (refining each element individually). We have to be socially responsible when developing the outdoor advertising; we have to consider the audience and the surrounding (in-situ) during the working process.
